Hayman, Lauretta J. of Hempstead, NY passed away on June 3, 2013 at the age of 74 yeard old. She was the beloved wife of Edward Hayman. They were married for 53 years. She was born August 5, 1938 in Rockville Centre, NY, graduated from Hempstead High School and was a lifelong resident of Long Island, NY. She was a very loving and devoted mother who dedicated her life to raising her six wonderful children. Lauretta was so patient, kind and loved animals, especially horses. In her younger years she loved art and spent many years enlarging drawings for visually impaired children. She is survived by her husband Edward Hayman: 6 children, Susan Wallace (Daniel), Edward J. Hayman (Francine), James Hayman (Mary), Gary Hayman (Amy), Sandra Hayman, Linda Caminiti (Rich) and the proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all her family. Memorial visitation will be on Sunday, June 9 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm at the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Home, 603 Wantagh Ave., Wantagh, NY. A Celebration of Life Mass will be Monday, 10:00am at Holy Family Church, Hicksville, NY.
