Pop-Pop,
My mom sent me a picture this week with you and Nana holding my hand. I was about 3 then, but you two have held my hand for my whole life. You've been there for all of my big moments, from graduations to swim meets, cheering me on. You know that I tend to worry a lot, and I think you worried a lot, too. But I'm not worried about you now. God is holding your hand and looking out for you. I hope there's a bottomless cooler up there with your name on it.
Love,
Carolyn

Dear Poppa Blah-Blah,
Thank you for being the best grandfather any kid could ask for! I'll always remember the mounds of Christmas presents in the back trunk, carving pumpkins from Kelly's apple farm, and floating in the salty ocean with you. There are so many wonderful memories we share together...I miss you so much, but I know you are with me all the time as my new guardian angel. I love you!
Love,
Maimi Lynn
