Phyllis L. Blydenburgh (nee Tichenor) formerly of Bay Shore, N.Y went home to Our Lord on Dec 3 2016 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late John A Blydenburgh, Jr. Dear mother & mother-in-law of Cheryl & Richard Haas, Diane & Richard Dembowski, and John A. Blydenburgh III. Cherished by her 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Adored sister of Joan Hearl, Virginia Sandles, Geraldine Highland and Marilyn Comiskey. Past State Grand Regent of the Catholic Daughters of America, Recipient of the Diocese of Rockville Center St. Agnus Award. Family will receive friends Wednesday, December 14, 2016, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, at the Albrecht, Bruno, & O’Shea Funeral Home: 62 Carleton Avenue (2 Miles South Exit 43A SS PKWY) East Islip, NY.
