Dear Uncle Tommy,
You have been an essential anchor in our family for all of my life- from the time of my tumultuous youth to the birth of my grandchildren.
Your quiet style of love, constant support and wry sense of humor has meant the world to me and has made such a positive impact on my life.
Thank you for carrying on all of the special family traditions and starting new ones. I hope to continue the Ogunquit run and will think of you with affection whenever I am walking on the marginal way or looking at the water.
Above all, thank you for making your home a safe and loving harbor over the years.
Bob and I love you and will miss you dearly. You will remain in our hearts always.

To Mrs cox Tom and Beth,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss . Mr. Cox was like a second father to me , his dry sense of humor always made me laugh. I have great memories of him coaching our all star teams and trips to Shelter Island when me and Tommy had to be rescued when we somehow got our row boat into the Atlantic Ocean. sorry we could not make the services.
Sincerely,
Lou and Lisa Rivoli

Dear Uncle Tommy,
I can’t believe you are gone. You are in a much more happier place. You suffered for 3 years. You were always available when I needed you the most. You were in my life since I was 10 years old. You experienced all my triumphs and disasters. We didn’t always agree but I knew you were a phone call away. You were such a caring uncle and valuable friend. My children and grandchildren adore you. That’s because of the love and kindness you showed them. Your home was always available to us. Even though at times you probably felt ,are they ever going to leave. (We knew it was time when the vacuum came out).
We had such good times at Gum Yings and Pompeii. I won’t forget that you introduced me to Ogunquit, “the beautiful place by the sea”. Thank you.
There are not enough words to express my love and sadness today. You are now with the others. They will take care of you and show you the way.
Uncle Tommy may you Rest In Peace, May the perpetual light shine upon you!
Your loving niece, Bobbie

To My Farther In-Law..... Thank You
Thank you for being the best Father In-Law a Son In-Law could have.
Thank you for entrusting me with your daughter and grand children. I hope I made you proud.
Thank you for showing me what a fighter really is. The fight you put up over the last three years just to be there for your family is something I will never forget.
Thank you for showing me that being strong isn't about physical strength but more about the person you are. I don't know anyone stronger than you.
Thank you for always making me laugh when dealing with this crazy family of ours.
Most of all, thank you for showing me what it is to be a good man and someone your family can always be proud of. If I can go through my life and be half the man your were, I will have accomplished a lot. You will forever be in our hearts and minds and not a day will go by when we don't all think of you and smile.
Go and have a drink with your "new" friends and family.
I love you Dad and will miss you.
Jimmy

Dear Beth,
I am truly saddened to hear of your recent loss. Joni and I would like to express our sincere condolences to you and your family on the recent passing of your beloved father.
Even though I did not know your father personally, Jim related to me that you were raised in a loving warm family and your childhood was boundless due to this man who loved, cherished and adored you .
I can only imagine how much of an impact your father has had on you and what a compassionate and caring a person you turned out to be. A fathers love is never ending and I can only imagine how great a man he was serving his country and raising a family.
He is a testament to your family an "Honorable" man and sadly he now joins the last of "America's Greatest Generation."
How lucky you were!
I so wish that I had the pleasure of knowing him in life. It is obvious that you were very fortunate to have such a fine man as your father and role model as you grew into the person you are today.
Please accept our heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time and I ask that you please pass these sentiments on to your family and your father's friends. I wish I had the opportunity to have known your father as I can see how his personality and strength must have passed into you and in doing so he lives on in you and those who loved him.
With Our Sincere Sympathy & May God Welcome The Soul of Your Father,
Thomas & Joan Reti

Our hearts are broken today. We have lost a great man who we not only called a dear friend...he was part of our family. The countless memories are far too many to mention but each one remains in our hearts forever. Tom, I’m so sorry those Lobster Ravioli were just not what we expected! To Annette, Beth and Tommy we pray for strength at this difficult time and for peace in knowing he will always be watching over you all.
