Skip, I am so sorry for your loss. Since we first met at Belair I can see the love and devotion to your beloved Helen. I noticed a big gathering at Helen’s bed side this past week. I didn’t want to impose. I learned much of your dedication as an educator from my good friend Mike Hogan. You’ve got a big support system of family. Hey Skip, Sorry for your loss to you and your family. You are all in my and my family's prayers. I speak to Joe Scalia often , and I just heard about it. I live in St Augustine, Florida... I lost a precious daughter several years ago, and I read this poem for her, and I often read it again.

My love and deepest sympathy to all the Palmeri and Mehern family. Irene, Kay, and now Helen together again. I can see the beautiful meeting Aunt Helen was greeted with; an all loving God , and all our beloved who have gone before us. You are a beautiful, loving , and extremely fun family.
