I am retired in France now so I've only just Learned of Tom's Passing. As a former Suffolk County Police officer of East Islip & Great River for nearly 30 years as well as a former member and chief of the Great River Fire Department, I had a lot of interaction with Tom throughout the years. His knowlege of neighborhoods, homes and people was always a great help for me when exercising my duties in both occupations. I wish to extend my deepest condolensces to Tom's family and may he Rest in Peace.

At this time of sorrow, my deepest sympathies go out to Tom's family of which I have known for many years. I worked with Tom for almost 20 years at his real estate office and met some many wonderful people during that time. Sending my thoughts and prayers to Frank, Susan, Jeanne and family.

So sorry to hear about Tom's passing. I worked for Tom in John V. Potter Real Estate over 20 years ago. Tom was very knowledgeable, Honest, & kind. He opened up a door for another career for me, & I always thanked him for it. I hope Tom & his family find peace at this difficult time.
