Peggy passed away peacefully on April 2, 2020 at the age of 94. She was born in NYC on December 28th 1925. She was the beloved wife of Eamon who passed away all too soon in 1963. She was the loving mother of Regina Gelardi (Andrew) and Elizabeth Johnson and the cherished Grandma of Patrick Johnson and his partner Steven Leonard. Peggy was also the proud aunt of many nieces and nephews. She will be buried on Monday at the National Cemetery at Pinelawn. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date at St. Raphael's RC church in East Meadow. She will be sorely missed by all those whose lives she touched
