So many memorable firsts with Jimmy. His first surfcasting striped bass caught under the Montauk lighthouse in the middle of the night, our first bareboat sailing trip on a 50 ft. catamaran celebrating my 50th birthday in the British Virgin Islands, first dual slalom ski course race together in Sugarloaf Maine, winter tennis leagues in Roslyn, fishing trips on the Bada Bing, so many golf memories, all the Montauk parties and last but not least all the drinking escapades. The only thing I can end here with is that I hope and pray that we meet up again in the afterlife to share even more memories. Jo and I will spend the rest of our lives missing you sorely my friend. Rest in peace til we meet again Jimmy. Love forever Jo and Jim.

I knew Jim for only 3 seasons as a fellow ski instructor at Sugarbush. I found him to be reserved and thoughtful with a deep and calm presence.
