I am so heart broken to hear that such a beautiful, happy, loving, caring person has departed. I just loved her so much. She was such a giving, thoughtful, sensitive person. She's the best friend anyone could ever have. I will forever hold her close to my heart. Till we meet again my sister. Love you and your family. My condolences. Nuvy

Elsie, you brightened our lives. You celebrated me and my family. You spoiled me when I was little and you spoiled my own kids too. What a blessing to have someone that watches you grow and loves you unconditionally. You give meaning to the saying that it is not the years of life that count but the depth of life that matters. And you were full of life. It just radiated from you. And that is why we all gravitated to you. The warmth and love you gave, the radiance you vested upon others, indeed you were an angel on Earth. Jason, Steven, Paul, Jessica, thank you for sharing your mom with us. You are all extensions of her. You all made her so proud. Please accept our condolences and know that you are all brothers and a sister to me always.

To my beautiful sister, there are to many memories that are flooding my mind, each as precious as the others. But most of all you allowed me to fulfill one of your bucket list items, to ride on a motorcycle. I remember how giddy you were, and how you wanted to make sure you looked the part. This will be always with me, and I know when we see each other again we will go for another ride... I miss you and Love you! To Steven, Jason, Jessica, Pauly and to your beautiful families. There is nothing that can be said that will lessen the pain we all are going through. But family can help us make it a little easier. Although we may be separated by miles we are never separated in our hearts... I love you all!

I miss you so much. I have no words to describe how it feels when I think of you, and the happy memories will live on in my heart, to help dry the tears falling from my eyes. I love you forever.

Heaven is a brighter place now with this beautiful angel. I trained Elsie when she came to communications and then I worked with her on training staff. She was not just a coworker. She was a dear friend. We were just talking about getting together after this pandemic. I will miss her smile, humor and sweet soul. RIP my dear friend.

Every time I think of Elsie, I remember when we in 4th grade together. We were in a school play titled, “Screwy Louie”. She played the title role of screwy Louie & I played the crossing guard. That was one of my best school years. She went on to Catholic school, but we still stayed friends and over our childhood years we had good times. We danced at parties and hung out at the park. Great fun times. You’ll always be Screwy Louie to me. May God embrace Elsie-Vega with open arms.
God’s speed,
Richie Arriaga & Sue Arriaga
