As a member of the condominium board here at Kips Bay I had the pleasure of getting to know Joe. Before hiring his company I was assigned the task of getting references. Everyone I talked to spoke about his conscientiousness and the pleasure and ease of working with him. I was so sorry to hear that he finally succumbed to this horrible disease. I was hoping he'd be one that managed to overcome it. I wish all of you my sympathy but also thanking you for the pleasure of knowing him. What a fine man.
