I am so deeply saddened to learn that Marie passed away two years ago. I have always remembered her fondly. She was a truly kind and lovely person, and I looked forward to seeing her every day in our classes together when we were both students at Wantagh Junior-Senior High School. She had a fantastic smile and a happy nature that made everyone feel special when they were around her. My condolences to her friends and family.

To Miss Diffley's family
I am so sorry for your loss and believe me I cried. When I found out she died I was in total shock. I completely understand if you are sad but she's in a better place now. I pray for her everyday and I will never forget her. Miss Diffley was loved by her old school that she taught, she was love by SJS, but most of all she was loved by God. God loved her and wanted her on this earth. Her passing makes me so sad even to this day. She will always hold a special place in my heart and I hope you all remember her forever. Rest In Peace, Miss Diffley. You were everything.

I am shocked at hearing of Marie's passing. I will always remember when we worked together at McDonald's in Wantagh, while I was going to college. Marie was such a wonderful person and will be missed by all.

I was so shocked & saddened to hear of Marie's passing. Marie & I taught together at All Saints. She always had a warm smile & kind word for everyone. Marie was so patient, caring and really loved her students. She was a wonderful teacher. I remember she brought a Shoo Fly Pie to share & told of her trip where she got it. May she rest in peace ~

Marie, you were a great colleague when we taught at All Saints School. We were a great team. We had fun working together and you were so helpful! I always admired your school spirit and enthusiasm in planning the school events with the Student Council.
