I can’t really explain how sad I’m feeling. What a great guy Woody always was. Always!
Iris, T, E, words can’t describe how sorry I am to have heard the news and our hearts are with you.
To this day, every time I see buckets of joint compound, I’m reminded of the endless afternoons he had me lugging buckets of compound into the van or from the van into the garage. It was always an insane number of buckets!! I remember like it was yesterday, me and the guys playing matchbox cars under the tree, climbing that same tree and then the lamp post. He gave up on growing that grass where we played, and always had subtle comments for me -“your dad will kill you if you fall out of that tree…I don’t see a thing..” lol. He was always around and always engaged.
I remember how proud he was with building the basement bar, being the first and only one to have WHT on the TV, and he may have been the first one on the block with a digital radio in the ole Buick Riviera! Great times with such a great man. He will forever be missed.
