PUNTI – The Reverend George ordained March 19th, 1955 and entered into eternal life on February 8, 2022. Father Punti served within the Diocese of Rockville Centre as an Associate Pastor in the parishes of St. Martin of Tours, Bethpage; St. Patrick, Smithtown; St. Matthew, Dix Hill; St. Philip Neri, Northport and St Boniface, Elmont and served in Hispanic Ministry in parishes throughout the Diocese of Rockville Centre during his years of dedicated priestly service. At the time of his death, Reverend Punti was a resident at St. Pius X Residence for Retired Priests, Ronkonkoma, NY. Wake Sunday February 13,2022 from 3 pm – 6 pm at St. Boniface Church in Elmont, NY. Vigil Mass Sunday February 13,2022 at 7 pm at St Boniface Church, Elmont.
