Alfred Anthony Girardi, age 72 of Bethpage, NY passed away on May 16, 2022 after a brave, year-long battle with esophageal cancer. Alfred was being visited and comforted by family members at the Hospice Inn Care Facility in Melville, NY at the time of his passing. Son of the late Angelo and Marie Girardi, Alfred is survived by his two daughters, Michelle Girardi and Marie (Marc) Letourneau; his six grandchildren, Jacqueline (John), Alexander (Mackenzie), Joseph, Hannah, Matthew, Michael; his four great grandchildren, Mila, Annabella, Henri, Wesley; and his five siblings, Minnie, Henrietta (John), Carmine (Nancy), Rosemarie (Kevin), Charlie (Yvette), and many nieces and nephews. Alfred was a passionate, lifelong sportsman of both bow hunting and fishing, and loved camping with family and friends. He always had a smile and kind word for all.
