COLLINS-BAXTER-Jayne, of North Massapequa, Retired NCPD Detective, Beloved wife of Jim Baxter, (retired USPS), unconditionally loved by her faithful companions Timber & Spanky, and cherished by all her family and friends. Jayne went home to our Lord peacefully on September 28, 2022, at the age of 64, after courageously fighting a long battle with cancer. She will be remembered for her incredible sense of humor, her love of animals, her patriotism, and her devotion to her police family.
