Phil’s energy was contagious! I met Phil through my boyfriends office & I had the honor of selling the Schleede’s a condo!
One of my favorite memories of Phil was how excited he was when he found this one condo, in his eyes it was “perfect” so perfect that he insisted his family drive down from WPB to delray to see it! The condo was dilapidated, needed a lot of “love” & it smelt like cat litter! We knew it wasn’t right but goodness gracious his excitement and energy has us all second guessing ourselves that wow maybe it’s the place!! Thankfully, that ended up not being the right place and we got him into the perfect condo while laughing about the stinky cat litter place later on. Phil’s energy and spirit could light up any room and that will always be in my memory.

I had the honor of showing Phil properties and selling the Schleede’s a condo! Phil’s constant energy and positive spirit made it so fun!! I’ll never forget how excited he was, he found a property that he thought was the one, he insisted on his aunt and cousin drive down to delray to see it! This particular property was dilapidated, smelt like cat litter and needed a lot of “love” Phil saw past all of that and was sooo excited at the thought of having his own place, his joy and energy made us all smile and feel the same!!! Things ended up not working on that property (thankfully, we laughed about it later, when he closed on his intracoastal facing condo that was 100x better).
