I met Tom in the 1980's in List Battalion Hall. He was always a true gentleman and a very strong lifter. Rest in Peace Tom.

I have wonderful memories of the holidays that my wife Arlene and I spent at Catherine and Lou's with Tommy, Anthony and Marian. We always had so much fun and laughter with Tommy always being the jokester! I am so very sorry for the family's loss and may his memory be a blessing. Michael Fein

Dearest Marion, Anthony, and family. I am so sorry to hear the news. It's been a long time; but I still have my past memories of Tommie (all great one's). My thoughts and prayers are with you all. With love always, Laura (Hobgood)

My sincere condolences to the Tedesco family and Tommy's many friends. I had the pleasure of knowing TNT for over forty years. A good man, a cherished friend, and a great lifter who inspired many of us with his dedication and excellence in the sports of weightlifting and powerlifting. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. His legacy will live on in all of us who have been touched by his generosity and friendship.

Dear Tedesco Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I just wanted to say that Tommy "Thunder" was a great man and I really enjoyed being in his company and lifting with him. I am attaching a photo of Tommy and myself from a powerlifting meet in Lindenhurst a few years ago. Tommy had deadlifted 500lbs!! and had plenty more in him. I have not seem him a lot in recent years but I cherish this photo and the time I got to spend with him as a lifter and a human being. He was top notch. He was the best!!!!
Sincerely,
Tom Jacoby (AKA Jacofly)
